Essa batata que fiz de última hora, recheada com shimeji ficou S E N S A C I O N A L!! Vou deixar nos destaques pra vcs!
Receita para 4 batatas médias:
☑️ 4 batatas
☑️ 200 gr de shimeji ou outro cogumelo fresco
☑️ 150 gr de creme de leite fresco ou nata
☑️ 1 dente de alho
☑️ azeite e manteiga
☑️ sal e pimenta
☑️ flor de sal
☑️ estragão fresco
PREPARO: lave as batatas e coloque-as no microondas por aproximadamente 5 min. Tire a tampa e com cuidado cavouque deixando oca para receber o recheio depois. Reserve a batata retirada. Refogue o alho inteiro no azeite e manteiga e salteie os cogumelos. Tempere com sal e pimenta, estragão e acrescente a batata que sobrou. Coloque a nata deixe incorporar tudo e recheie as batatas. Coloque no forno até gratinar e dar uma sapecadinha de leve.
