☑️ 1 xícara de sêmola de trigo (couscus);
☑️ 1 xícara de água fervente;
☑️ 1 colher de café de açafrão da terra;
☑️ raspas de 1 limão siciliano;
☑️ 100 gr de uva passa metade preta e outra branca;
☑️ 100 gr de nozes grosseiramente picadas;
☑️ 100 gr de pistache sem casca;
☑️ 100 gr de amêndoas laminadas;
☑️ tomilho fresco;
☑️ 1 colher de sobremesa de azeite;
☑️ sal e pimenta do reino.
PREPARO: ferva a água com o açafrão. Hidrate o couscous, coloque o azeite, sal, pimenta, mexa e tampe. Depois de 5 minutos abra e solte com um garfo. Numa frigideira grande de uma puxadinha nas castanhas na manteiga rapidamente. Misture todos os outros ingredientes, acerte o tempero e coloque bastante tomilho. Fica sensacional!
