SALADA REFEIÇÃO COMPLETA 😆:

☑️ quantidade maior de folhas de alface variadas (roxa, mimosa, romana…);
☑️ quantidade menor de rúcula e escarola;
☑️ Broto de alfafa;
☑️ fatias de bacon;
☑️ um queijo azul (roquefort, gorgonzola…);
☑️ nozes;
☑️ uva passa (fica SENSACIONAL);
☑️ pão integral para o croutouns (corte em pedaços pequenos e asse com azeite, alho espremido, sal, orégano e pimenta);

PREPARO: higienize as folhas, seque e disponha na saladeira. Asse os croutouns e o bacon ao mesmo tempo em outra forma até ficarem crocantes. Distribua todos ingredientes em cima das folhas e tempere. 😋😋😋😋
