 Ingredientes:

☑️ 1 garrafa (750ml) de vinho de mesa suave;
☑️ mesma medida de água;
☑️ 1 xícara de sagu;
☑️ 2/3 de xícara de açúcar;
☑️ 3 cravinhos;
☑️ 1 canela em pau;

Modo de preparo: Aqui tem o segredinho de família; coloque na panela, o vinho, a água, o cravo, a canela e quando levantar fervura coloque o sagu.
Deixe cozinhar em fogo brando, com tampa, mexendo de vez em quando. Quando as bolinhas tiverem transparentes está pronto. Aqui foi uns 30 a 40 min. ❗️somente no final vai o açúcar (pq senão, não dá pra cozinhar sem parar de mexer)
❗️não precisa deixar o sagu de molho antes❗️
