✔️ 1 filé de salmão;
✔️ 2 maracujás maduros;
✔️ 200 ml de creme de leite fresco;
✔️ 1/2 cebola finamente picada;
✔️ sal d pimenta do reino.

PREPARO: asse o peixe de mais ou menos uns 2 kg com sal e pimenta em forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 30 min. Enquanto isso, faça o molho dourando a cebola no azeite e acrescentando em seguida a polpa do maracujá. Deixe incorporar, se precisar pingue um pouco de água, tempere com sal e pimenta e coloque o creme de leite ou a nata. Deixe ferver só para ficar um molho homogêneo e sirva sobre o peixe.
